Nichable catalogs opportunity listings (internships, research programs, scholarships, and similar) gathered from a mix of manual entry and automated collection from organizations' own public pages. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on Nichable infringes your copyright, send a notice to nichable.app@gmail.com or using our contact form (select "Copyright / DMCA takedown") that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on Nichable where the material appears
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Notices missing any of the above may take longer to process while we follow up for the missing information.

On receiving a valid notice, we'll remove or disable access to the identified material. If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice through the same contact form explaining why, and we'll evaluate it in good faith.

We may terminate the account of anyone found to be a repeat infringer.
