These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nichable. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Nichable.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given you permission to use Nichable. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Nichable helps you discover and organize opportunities like internships, research programs, scholarships, and competitions, and uses AI to rank results against your profile and explain the reasoning. Opportunity listings are gathered from a mix of manual entry and automated collection from public sources, and details such as deadlines, eligibility, and cost can change or be out of date by the time you see them.

Nichable does not guarantee that any opportunity is currently open, that you are eligible for it, or that applying will lead to any particular outcome. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility requirements, and application instructions directly with the organization offering the opportunity before you rely on anything shown here.

Fit explanations, search results, and suggested application steps are generated automatically using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. AI-generated content is not advice from us, from the listed organization, or from any professional, and you shouldn't treat it as a substitute for reading the official program materials yourself.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away (via the contact form below) if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to Nichable or other users.

When using Nichable, you agree not to:

• Scrape, systematically download, or reproduce our opportunity listings or AI outputs to build a competing service
• Submit false or misleading information in your profile, in a content report, or in a contact message
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the AI search feature, or otherwise place unreasonable load on the service
• Impersonate another person, or use the service on behalf of someone else without their permission
• Upload any file (such as a resume or transcript) that isn't yours to share, or that contains malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, including other users' accounts or the admin tools

You keep ownership of anything you submit — your profile details, uploaded resume/transcript, and any reports or messages you send us. By submitting content, you give us permission to store and process it as needed to operate the service (for example, sending your resume text to our AI provider when you ask us to extract highlights from it). You can remove most content yourself from Settings, or ask us to delete it via the contact form.

Nichable's name, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and aren't covered by the permission above. Opportunity listing data is aggregated from public sources and belongs to the respective organizations; we don't claim ownership over it.

You can stop using Nichable and request account deletion at any time via the contact form. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at our discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Nichable is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any opportunity listing or AI output is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nichable and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the service — including reliance on any opportunity listing or AI-generated content. Where liability can't be fully excluded, it's limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, which for most users of this free service is zero.

We may update these Terms as Nichable changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date below. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Nichable will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
