A free, selective summer research program at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering for New York City high school students. Under NYU faculty and graduate mentors, students work in one of 30-40 STEM labs, make real contributions to ongoing research, receive presentation and public-speaking training, and present at a closing colloquium. Participants also receive a stipend of at least $1,000.
Open to NYC high school students currently in 10th or 11th grade with strong academics and demonstrated STEM interest; students from groups historically excluded from STEM are strongly encouraged. Free, with a stipend of at least $1,000.
