A neuroscience competition for high school students. Students study a defined neuroscience curriculum and compete in written exams, neuroanatomy practicals, and patient-diagnosis stations. Local chapter winners advance to the national USA Brain Bee Championship (held each April), and the national champion represents the U.S. at the International Brain Bee.
Open to students ages 13–19 enrolled (or previously enrolled) in a U.S. high school. Students join one local chapter competition per year; most local chapters are free (the national championship has a registration fee).
